Lazy Sunday

Woke up today tired and sluggish, took awhile to get moving.  Had some project to finish and happily got them done.

B Starbucks oatmeal w nuts and dried fruit no sugar. Iced tall non fat chai 350 (8)
S tropical dream and 1 tsp almond butter 205 (4)
L HM nachos beans, cheese, avocado, sour cream, tortilla chips and lettuce 475 (15.5)

Pre workout. Orange 62 (1.2)

D (postworkout) sushi and miso soup 534 (27.5)
S 3 choc strawberries 104 (1)

Total. 1730. (57)

Workout 45 mins on the tredmill  2.86 miles -455c
