Ohh so many ways to eat a strawberry. This weekend I think I will create little bites of heaven. Here is my plan of action; hull the strawberries, make Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding, Coconut whip cream ( no cows will be used) and use the home made hard shell. Fill the Strawberries with the pudding, put a drop of whip cream on top and drizze the hard shell on top…. I did the math and these little guys will run around 20 Calories. yes!!! Not that is a little bite of heaven! I will post all the recipes after I make them just to make sure I get the measurements right. Something to look forward to this weekend.
Wasn’t able to hit the gym today so I did my work out at home 10 min warm up on the tredmill and Strength training exercises.
