Great day for a Ride~

Breakfast – Oatmeal with walnuts and Berries 170

Great rainy day for a bike ride. Brent and I found a trail near our hood and decided to explore, took 52 minutes and we found some fun trails and I got to pretend to mountain bike for the first time, LOL  – as near as I can tell we did close to about 5miles ( 525 cals burned) it was a pretty ride.

Came back soaking wet, it was misty most of the ride and then on the way home it started pouring.

( EFP hat kept my head warm!!)

post ride shake – banana, berries and chia seeds 500

lunch – pastrami on chibatta bread with spinach and horse radish cheese 425

Snack – Red Bell peppers with hummus – 150

Dinner – Beef Stew with spinach, bell peppers, asparagus and mushrooms 450

Snack – Chocolate Chia Coconut Pudding with blueberries – 75

Total Cals – 1770
