Friday Menu 1/13

Breakfast – Rice Crispy Cereal w Coconut milk

Snack – apple w PB

Lunch –  2 Eggs ( 1 white), 3 turkey bacon

Snack – Fresh Juice Carrot &  jerusalum artichoke

Dinner- Veggie medley – asparagus, yellow squash, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers with a Cambodian ~Pineapple, Lemon Grass sauce.  Coucous with coconut milk and mint.

with Thai Tea

Snack – Thai coconut pudding

Danielle Fiddy, raised in Sacramento, Ca as a kid my parents where what some call nutrition freaks, my mom made our bread daily and we didn't eat white flour or sugar.
