Thursday Menu 1/12

Breakfast – Banana Berry Shake with ¼ avocado

Snack – 4oz carrot juice

Lunch 2 eggs (1white) turkey bacon and ciabatta bread

Snack 4 oz Cucumber, apple, parsley and ginger juice

Dinner Baked chicken, broccoli and bok choy

Snack Cream Biscuit with mixed berries and coconut cream ( sporting only 175 Cals)

Danielle Fiddy, raised in Sacramento, Ca as a kid my parents where what some call nutrition freaks, my mom made our bread daily and we didn't eat white flour or sugar.
