Gym w Steph 10 min cardio
Post workout – shake w banana
Lunch – 2eggs(1egg white) turkey bacon, toast
Snack – granola pops (135)
Dinner 1.5 rolls sushi 1) asparagus, tofu, tuna, bean sprouts 2) mango, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, seaweed

Danielle Fiddy, raised in Sacramento, Ca as a kid my parents where what some call nutrition freaks, my mom made our bread daily and we didn't eat white flour or sugar. This is back before being healthy was cool! Now I am an adult and I get to learn how to do these things myself.
