Had my weigh in today, and even though I have been out of the gym for 2 months. I still managed to lose and keep 3 lbs off!!!! Im stoked! Somehow I managed to keep muscle mass and my body fat only went up a lil!! (I think it was 1%) But hey for a girl that has had this weight on for 10 years, Im so excited!!
Back to the gym…. and back on track with my food!!!
