Tuesday Menu 1/10

Breakfast – Fresh Juice of apple, parsley and apple ( wow that filled me up!)

Snack – banana and peanut butter

Lunch – Bean burrito

Snack – Almond pops with blueberries (130)

Dinner – Rosemary, honey, mint marinated chicken with Couscous and half an avocado with balsamic

Danielle Fiddy, raised in Sacramento, Ca as a kid my parents where what some call nutrition freaks, my mom made our bread daily and we didn't eat white flour or sugar.
