Breakfast ~ Oatmeal with Berries and walnuts..

Snack ~ Green Juice!! Spinach and Apples

Lunch ~ Egg Burrito with turkey bacon, cheese and avocado

Snack ~ Green Juice!! Apples, ginger and parsley

Dinner ~ Brussel sprouts sauteed in onion and garlic, couscous, Chicken in a honey, rosemary and mint marinade.. oh so yum!!!

Danielle Fiddy, raised in Sacramento, Ca as a kid my parents where what some call nutrition freaks, my mom made our bread daily and we didn't eat white flour or sugar.
