Lunch ~ Menudo with lemon and and Oregano
Dinner ~ Sushi (tuna roll)
After Dinner Snack – Protein Drink with Banana and Tangelo
Since I havent been to the gym in 2 months I forgot the importance of snacking. My blood sugar has been off and a little high. and I am not eating enough, gotta get back in my groove!
