hmm where do I start? Well more than likely if you are here you have been following me on Facebook!
If you are new, my main purpose is to blog my daily food intake and what I am doing to have success in my journey to better health. When I refer to ‘diet’ I’m not talking about a fad or some quick fix, I am talking about a way of life and eating for optimal health. Im by now means perfect and slip up once in a while. I love LOVE ice cream and it is my Achilles heel, some day I will give it up but it wont be today.
